The RCT NL-N302 3-in-1 Combination Notebook Security Lock is designed for users who need a practical, keyless way to help secure compatible notebooks, projectors and other devices in professional, educational, retail and shared-use environments.

The lock supports three common physical security-slot formats: Noble Wedge, Kensington K-slot and Nano Security slot. This provides broader compatibility across supported notebooks, projectors and other devices fitted with one of these security slots.

Its resettable four-digit combination mechanism allows users to create and use their own security code without carrying a physical key. The factory preset combination is 0-0-0-0.

Before attaching the lock to a device, users can reset the combination using the reset button and select their preferred four-digit code. The selected combination should be tested before the lock is installed.

To secure a compatible device, the cable is looped around a suitable fixed object and the cleat is inserted into the supported security slot. The lock is then engaged and the number wheels are mixed.

The cleat can rotate through 360°, helping users position the lock more easily when connecting it to compatible device security slots.

The RCT NL-N302 is suitable for offices, schools, reception desks, shared workspaces, training rooms, meeting rooms, retail displays and other public-facing environments where compatible equipment may need to remain physically secured.

This lock is designed for compatible devices fitted with one of the following supported security-slot formats:

• Nano Security slot measuring approximately 2.5 × 6.0mm
• Standard Kensington K-slot measuring approximately 3.0 × 7.0mm

Security-slot shapes and dimensions can differ between device models. Compatibility should not be determined by the device type, brand or screen size alone.

The factory preset combination is 0-0-0-0. Set and test your own combination before attaching the lock to your device.

Keep your selected combination in a secure place. Once the factory combination has been changed, the lock must be opened using the newly selected code.

The cable should be looped around a secure fixed object that cannot easily be moved, lifted or dismantled.
