The RCT DS-GN601C Compact USB Type-C 6-in-1 Hub is designed for users who need practical port expansion from a compatible USB-C laptop or device.

The hub expands one USB-C connection into six essential ports for display output, USB accessories, wired networking and USB-C Power Delivery charging.

The HDMI output supports resolutions up to 4K when used with a compatible USB-C host device, display and cable. This makes the hub suitable for connecting selected external monitors, televisions and projectors in office, home, classroom and presentation environments.

Three USB 3.0 ports allow users to connect compatible peripherals and storage devices such as keyboards, mice, flash drives and external storage.

The built-in RJ45 Ethernet port supports wired network speeds of up to 1000Mbps and is backward compatible with supported 100Mbps and 10Mbps networks. This provides a stable wired-network option where Wi-Fi is unavailable or unsuitable.

The USB Type-C Power Delivery port supports pass-through charging when used with a compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger, cable and host device.

Its aluminium-alloy and ABS-plastic construction, compact dimensions and lightweight 58g design make the RCT DS-GN601C suitable for office workstations, home offices, study environments and mobile productivity setups.

For HDMI display output, the host USB-C port must support video output. USB-C ports that support charging or data only may not provide external-display functionality.

To achieve display output up to 4K, the host device, USB-C port, operating system, hub, connected display and cable must support the required resolution.

For pass-through charging, a compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger and cable are required.

The hub cannot increase the charging input, display capability, network speed or USB performance of the connected device beyond its supported specifications.

Actual Ethernet speed depends on the host device, network equipment, Ethernet cabling and internet or local-network performance.

Operating-system support and individual hub functions may vary depending on the connected device, drivers and system configuration.
