The Cricut Joy Xtra is not a printer. Print Then Cut projects require a separate compatible printer.

A home inkjet printer is recommended for the widest range of printable Cricut materials. Printable iron-on and other heat-sensitive printable materials must not be used with an incompatible laser printer.

Print Then Cut projects require a compatible machine mat, Fine-Point Blade, printable material and correctly printed registration marks.

Maximum Print Then Cut dimensions vary according to the selected paper size and the proportions of the design. The complete A4 or US Letter sheet cannot be used as a rectangular cutting area because space is required for registration marks.

Cricut Joy Xtra uses wider machine mats and Smart Materials than the original Cricut Joy. Original Cricut Joy mats and Smart Materials are not the correct width for Cricut Joy Xtra.

Cricut Joy pens, markers, blades and the Cricut Joy Foil Transfer Tool are compatible with Cricut Joy Xtra.

Foiling requires a compatible Cricut Joy Foil Transfer Tool and foil sheets, which may be sold separately.

Smart Materials must measure at least approximately 33 × 15.2cm to be loaded without a machine mat.

Traditional vehicle accessory sockets typically provide relatively low charging power. The Alternator Charger connects directly to a compatible vehicle starter battery and uses surplus electrical power generated by the alternator while the engine is running.

Its integrated DC-to-DC power converter regulates the available power and can supply up to 800W to a compatible EcoFlow portable power station or extra battery.

Under suitable vehicle and operating conditions, the charger can add approximately 1kWh of stored energy in around 1.3 hours. This is up to eight times faster than conventional vehicle accessory-socket charging.

The charger supports three operating modes when connected to compatible bidirectional EcoFlow equipment: Charging Mode, Reverse Charging Mode and Battery Maintenance Mode.
