The Synology SNV5420-400G is a 400GB M.2 2280 Enterprise Series NVMe SSD designed for compatible Synology systems.

It uses an NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and provides up to 3,000MB/s sustained sequential read and 650MB/s sustained sequential write performance.

Random performance reaches up to 225,000 read IOPS and 45,000 write IOPS.

Synology specifies endurance greater than 700TBW and includes power-loss protection for demanding 24/7 workloads.

The SSD can be used through officially supported internal M.2 slots or compatible Synology M.2 adapter cards.
