The EcoFlow WAVE 3 is a portable air conditioner and heater with 6100 BTU cooling, 6800 BTU heating, smart app control and flexible AC or battery-powered operation for caravans, camping, compact rooms and mobile workspaces.

Product Description

The EcoFlow WAVE 3 Portable Air Conditioner provides portable cooling and heating for caravans, camper vans, tents, cabins, compact rooms, mobile workspaces and temporary off-grid environments.

It delivers 6100 BTU of cooling capacity and 6800 BTU of heating capacity, allowing the unit to provide year-round climate control without requiring permanent installation.

Under EcoFlow’s specified test conditions, the WAVE 3 can reduce the temperature by up to 8°C in approximately 15 minutes or increase the temperature by up to 9°C in approximately 15 minutes.

The adjustable temperature range of 16°C to 30°C allows the unit to provide cooling or heating according to the selected operating mode and environmental conditions.

Five operating functions are available, including Cooling, Heating, Fan, Automatic and Dehumidification.

Automatic Function adjusts operation according to the selected temperature and surrounding conditions, while Sleep Mode reduces noise to approximately 44dB under suitable operating conditions.

The EcoFlow App provides remote control through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Supported functions include temperature adjustment, operating-mode selection, fan-speed control, scheduled shutdown, battery monitoring and water-drain notifications.

The Pet Care function allows a temperature threshold to be configured through the EcoFlow App. When the selected threshold is exceeded, the WAVE 3 can begin cooling and send an app notification.

The included insulated exhaust duct and three adapter covers support different installation arrangements in tents, vehicles, caravans, cabins and compact rooms.

The WAVE 3 can operate directly from a compatible AC wall outlet. Cordless operation requires a separately sold EcoFlow WAVE 3 Add-On Battery, compatible WAVE 2 Add-On Battery or supported EcoFlow portable power station.

The WAVE 3 does not contain an internal battery. Add-On Batteries, portable power stations, solar panels and other power accessories are sold separately unless specifically included in a bundle.

Correct exhaust-duct installation is required for effective cooling and heating.

In Cooling Mode, warm exhaust air must be directed outside the area being cooled.

In Heating Mode, cold exhaust air must be directed outside the area being heated.

Poor duct installation, air leakage or recirculation of exhaust air can significantly reduce performance.

EcoFlow’s rapid cooling and heating results were measured in a controlled space of approximately 10m³. Actual performance varies according to room size, insulation, outdoor temperature, humidity, sunlight and airflow.

Pet Care is an additional monitoring function and does not replace responsible supervision, reliable ventilation, suitable backup power or proper animal-care precautions.

The WAVE 3 carries an IPX4 splash-resistance rating. It is not waterproof and must not be submerged, left in heavy rain, operated in standing water or cleaned with high-pressure water.

The unit uses flammable R290 refrigerant. Refrigerant servicing must only be completed by an appropriately qualified technician.

Before moving or storing the WAVE 3:

• Disconnect all power sources
• Drain accumulated water
• Disconnect the exhaust duct
• Keep the unit upright
• Avoid tilting or overturning the unit
• Store it in a dry, ventilated location

The EcoFlow WAVE 3 combines portable cooling, heating, fan circulation and dehumidification functions in one reusable appliance.

Its compatibility with EcoFlow Add-On Batteries and selected portable power stations allows it to operate away from mains electricity. Compatible battery systems may also be recharged using supported solar or vehicle-charging equipment.

The portable design allows the unit to be moved between different compact spaces without requiring a separate permanently installed air-conditioning system in each location.
