Product Description

The Synology DiskStation DS925+ is a 4-bay NAS designed to provide flexible storage for everything from professional files and device backups to business data and media libraries.

It uses an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor with 4 cores and 8 threads and includes 4GB DDR4 ECC memory. Memory can be expanded to 32GB for more demanding workloads.

Four hot-swappable bays support compatible 3.5-inch SATA HDDs and 2.5-inch SATA SSDs. Two M.2 2280 NVMe slots support compatible Synology NVMe SSDs for cache acceleration or supported M.2 storage pools.

Dual 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports provide faster networking as standard, making the DS925+ well suited to larger file transfers and multiple users.

When four main bays are no longer enough, one compatible DX525 expansion unit can increase total supported capacity to nine drive bays.

Synology DiskStation Manager provides a central platform for managing, protecting, sharing and backing up data across computers, servers and supported cloud services.
