Product Description

The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max is a compact 512Wh portable power station designed to provide convenient backup and portable electricity at home, at work or away from mains power.

It delivers 500W total pure sine wave AC output with a surge rating of 1000W. EcoFlow X-Boost can support selected higher-powered appliances of up to 1000W.

For rapid recharging, the RIVER 2 Max supports up to 660W AC input and can recharge from 0–100% in approximately 60 minutes using AC power.

For off-grid use, it accepts up to 220W solar input. It also supports 12V/24V vehicle charging and up to 100W USB-C input/output.

The RIVER 2 Max uses long-life LFP battery chemistry and is rated to retain more than 80% of its original battery capacity after 3,000 charge cycles.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allow compatible functions and power information to be monitored and controlled through the EcoFlow app.

For essential backup applications, the RIVER 2 Max also provides a 30ms switch-over mode when connected to AC power.

Backup Power

The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max provides a 30ms switch-over mode for essential backup applications.

When connected to AC power, the unit can automatically switch to battery power when the mains supply is interrupted.

Please note: A 30ms switch-over mode is not the same as a zero-transfer-time online UPS. Compatibility should be checked before using the RIVER 2 Max with equipment that cannot tolerate a brief power interruption.
