Its frameless design, built-in speakers, HDMI and VGA connectivity and VESA mounting support make it suitable for office, educational, commercial and point-of-sale applications.
Product Description
The ASUS VT229H combines a spacious Full HD display with responsive multi-touch functionality for home, business, educational and commercial environments.
Its 21.5-inch IPS panel provides a 1920 × 1080 resolution, wide 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles and a 5ms grey-to-grey response time. The display operates at a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz and provides a typical brightness of 250cd/m².
Projective capacitive technology supports up to 10 simultaneous touch points. The touchscreen uses a durable 7H-hardness protective-glass surface and supports compatible Windows 11 and Windows 10 touch gestures.
The frameless design provides a clean appearance and is suitable for multi-monitor workspaces. HDMI 1.4 and VGA inputs allow the display to connect to compatible modern and legacy computers, while the supplied USB 2.0 cable carries the touch signal between the monitor and computer.
Built-in 1.5W stereo speakers provide convenient audio for presentations, training material and general multimedia use. A 3.5mm earphone output is available for compatible headphones or external audio equipment.
The stand supports tilt adjustment from -5 degrees to 20 degrees. A 100mm × 100mm VESA mounting pattern allows the monitor to be installed on a compatible wall mount or monitor arm.
ASUS Flicker-Free technology and Low Blue Light settings provide additional viewing-comfort options during extended use.
