The Elgato Wave XLR MK.1 is a compact USB audio interface designed to connect XLR microphones to a PC or Mac. With up to 75dB of gain, 48V phantom power, Clipguard anti-distortion technology and Wave Link integration, it provides powerful audio control for streaming, podcasting and content creation.

Product Description

The Elgato Wave XLR MK.1 combines microphone amplification, headphone monitoring and digital audio control in a compact desktop interface designed for XLR microphones.

Its preamplifier provides up to 75dB of low-noise gain, making it suitable for demanding dynamic microphones as well as condenser microphones requiring switchable 48V phantom power.

Elgato Clipguard technology helps protect recordings against unexpected clipping by automatically routing excessive input levels through a lower-volume signal path.

Wave XLR supports 24-bit audio at 48kHz or 96kHz and features a multifunction control dial for microphone gain, headphone output volume and microphone-to-PC monitoring balance.

A capacitive touch sensor provides quick microphone muting, while the rear 3.5mm headphone output supports direct low-latency monitoring.

Integration with Elgato Wave Link provides additional mixing, audio routing and effects control for streaming, gaming, podcasting and content-production workflows.
