Product Description

The RCT 2400VA Line Interactive UPS is designed to provide high-capacity short-term backup power during load shedding, power outages and unstable electricity conditions.

It is suitable for offices, IT setups and advanced home workstations requiring support for multiple compatible devices or higher-wattage equipment.

Its line-interactive technology and Boost and Buck Automatic Voltage Regulation stabilise incoming voltage fluctuations without unnecessary switching to battery power. This assists with protecting connected equipment while helping to extend battery lifespan.

The UPS has a rated power capacity of 2400VA / 1440W and uses a simulated sinewave output. It features microprocessor-controlled operation, a cold-start function, automatic restart when mains power returns and off-mode battery charging.

Two built-in 12V / 9Ah batteries provide backup power and can recharge to approximately 90% capacity within four to six hours.

The unit supports built-in monitoring software and includes a USB monitoring port, RJ-11/45 surge protection and South African output sockets. Its operating noise level is rated at less than 40dB.

Important: This UPS is intended to provide short-term backup power and is not designed for continuous use. The total connected load must remain within the rated capacity.
