The RCT ADP-5050 USB-C 3-in-1 Hub is designed to expand the display and charging capabilities of compatible USB-C computers, tablets and selected smartphones through a single USB-C connection.

Two HDMI outputs allow compatible external monitors, televisions or projectors to be connected for productivity, presentations, media viewing and multi-screen workstation setups. HDMI output supports resolutions of up to 4K at 60Hz, depending on the connected device, operating system, display, cable and system configuration.

Multi-Stream Transport technology allows compatible Windows devices to extend content across multiple external displays. Users can also duplicate the same content across connected displays where supported.

macOS does not support MST extended-display functionality through this type of hub. When two external displays are connected to a compatible Mac, the displays may mirror the same image instead of showing separate extended desktops.

The USB Type-C Power Delivery port supports charging pass-through of up to 100W when used with a compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger and supported device. The charger is not included and must be purchased separately where required.

Its aluminium alloy and ABS plastic construction provides a durable yet portable design suitable for everyday office use, home workstations, meeting rooms, classrooms and mobile professionals.

Before ordering, check that the USB-C port on the connected device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode or another compatible USB-C video-output standard. Power Delivery functionality also requires a compatible USB-C Power Delivery device and charger.

Compatibility Note

The USB-C port on the connected device must support DisplayPort Alt Mode or another compatible USB-C video-output standard for the HDMI ports to function.

USB Type-C is a connector format and does not automatically indicate that a device supports external displays. Check the specifications of the connected computer, tablet or smartphone before ordering.

Power Delivery requires a compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger and supported device. A USB-C charger is not included with the hub.

Multi-Stream Transport extended-display mode is supported only on compatible Windows devices. macOS does not support MST extended-display functionality through this type of hub and may mirror the same image across both external displays.

The maximum available resolution and refresh rate depend on the connected device, graphics hardware, operating system, HDMI cables, displays and number of active external screens.
