Product Description

The Synology DiskStation DS223j is a compact two-bay NAS designed for straightforward everyday storage and data protection.

It uses a Realtek RTD1619B quad-core processor running at 1.7GHz and includes 1GB DDR4 non-ECC memory.

Two SATA bays support compatible 3.5-inch HDDs or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs. Installing a 2.5-inch drive requires the optional Synology Type C Drive Holder.

A built-in Gigabit Ethernet port connects the NAS to your network, while two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports allow supported external storage and devices to be connected.

Synology DSM provides a central platform for file sharing, backups, synchronisation, snapshots and surveillance. Btrfs support is available with the applicable DSM version.

Storage drives are sold separately.
