For backup and sync, BeeDrive desktop supports Windows 10 64-bit version 1809 or later, Windows 11, and macOS 12 or newer. Windows 10 on ARM and Windows Server editions are excluded.

For Deep Search, BeeDrive requires supported desktop hardware and operating systems. On macOS, Deep Search requires macOS 15 or later, Apple Silicon M1 or later, and at least 16GB of RAM. On Windows, Deep Search requires an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, NVIDIA GPU with 6GB VRAM, RTX 2060 or newer models, and at least 16GB of RAM.

For mobile and tablet photo backup and BeeDrop, the BeeDrive mobile app supports iOS 15 or later and Android 10 or later.

Mobile photo backup, file transfer, and remote access require your computer to be awake, both devices to be online, and BeeDrive to be plugged in.
