Product Overview

The EcoFlow WAVE 3 Add-On Battery is designed to provide portable battery power for the EcoFlow WAVE 3 Portable Air Conditioner.

The WAVE 3 air conditioner does not contain an internal battery. Connecting the Add-On Battery allows the WAVE 3 to operate away from a wall outlet, making the system suitable for camping, caravan travel, RV use, mobile workspaces, overlanding and temporary off-grid climate control.

Its 1024Wh LiFePO₄ battery provides approximately 2 to 8 hours of operation, depending on the selected cooling or heating mode, fan speed, Eco Mode settings, target temperature and environmental conditions.

The battery attaches beneath the WAVE 3 using the supplied Add-On Battery cable. It can be detached when the WAVE 3 is being transported or when the battery needs to be charged or stored separately.

WAVE 3 Runtime

When connected to the EcoFlow WAVE 3, the Add-On Battery can provide approximately 2 to 8 hours of portable cooling or heating.

Charging Through the WAVE 3

The battery can be charged through the EcoFlow WAVE 3 when the air conditioner is connected to a compatible AC wall outlet.

Battery Installation

To connect the Add-On Battery to the WAVE 3:

1. Place the WAVE 3 on a stable and level surface.
2. Position the Add-On Battery correctly beneath the WAVE 3.
3. Align the battery and air conditioner according to the installation guide.
4. Secure the battery in the required mounting position.
5. Connect the supplied Add-On Battery cable.
6. Confirm that the battery is detected before beginning operation.
7. Check the battery status through the WAVE 3 display or EcoFlow App.

Do not force the connector or operate the system if the cable or connection port is damaged.
