The Synology HAT5310-20T 20TB Enterprise Series Hard Drive is engineered for high-capacity storage, business backup, enterprise file servers, large-scale surveillance and demanding multi-user workloads in compatible Synology systems.

Built for continuous 24/7 operation, the drive uses Conventional Magnetic Recording technology to provide consistent write performance. Its helium-sealed construction supports efficient and dependable operation in high-capacity storage arrays.

The HAT5310-20T features a SATA 6Gb/s interface, 7,200 RPM rotational speed, 512MB cache and typical sustained data transfer speeds of up to 281MB/s.

With a 550TB per year workload rating and a 2.5 million-hour MTBF rating, the drive is designed for demanding enterprise storage environments. Persistent Write Cache technology helps reduce the risk of data corruption during unexpected power loss.

Synology Enterprise Series drives undergo more than 500,000 cumulative hours of compatibility and stress testing. Firmware updates can be performed directly through Synology DiskStation Manager, helping simplify maintenance without removing the drive or using separate firmware tools.
